Order processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after your order is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll contact you by email.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date your order is dispatched.

  • United Kingdom: typically 2–4 working days

  • International orders: typically 7–14 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, peak periods, or factors outside our control.

Shipping rates & destinations

United Kingdom

  • Free shipping on orders over £15

  • Orders under £15: shipping costs are calculated at checkout

International shipping

  • Flat rate shipping: £15.99

  • Applies to all deliveries outside the UK

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are set by the destination country. 

Delivery delays

Ziolla Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
