Beautiful design, but the hypoallergenic claim is unfortunately misleading. I bought these specifically because they were advertised as hypoallergenic, only to experience significant irritation and bleeding at my ear piercings. To make matters worse, I reached out to the brand by email and received no response whatsoever. I’ll be returning to sterling silver and titanium - a real shame, as the earrings themselves look lovely.

All Ziolla Designs earrings are made using hypoallergenic, nickel free stainless steel components, which are widely used for sensitive ears. However, sensitivities can still vary from person to person, particularly if piercings are healing, irritated, or react to specific metals beyond nickel. While reactions are rare, unfortunately no material can guarantee compatibility for every individual.
